ROLL-SIZING

What Is Roll-Sizing?

Roll-Sizing is a processing step that reforms brass case wall thickness using a specialized machine.  The brass casings are forced through a trough by a caliber specific sized roller that reforms case wall thickness and dimensions back to SAAMI specifications ensuring brass will chamber correctly and greatly reduce instances of “Failure to Feed” and/or “Failure to Eject”.

Roll-Sizing previously fired brass is a crucial step in ensuring good quality brass and well-functioning ammunition.

All of our Fully-Processed brass products have been roll-sized (in addition to a multitude of other steps including full-length sizing) to ensure our brass is as close to “new” quality as possible, making our brass a cost-effective alternative to purchasing unfired brass at much higher prices.

See the YouTube video below for a visual explanation of the process (video courtesy of RollSizer.com)
